Regina is where this work began.
Regina was home to my hypnotherapy practice from 2011 until 2022. It was where I developed my experience as a practitioner, worked extensively with clients, and built the foundation of the work I continue today.
In 2014, I began teaching and certifying hypnosis practitioners through in-person training in Regina. I continued offering those classroom trainings locally until 2020, when I moved the training online and began teaching students beyond Saskatchewan.
Much of my Regina practice grew through personal referrals. Clients sent friends, family members, and colleagues because they had experienced what can happen when we work beneath the surface of an issue rather than continuing to manage it consciously.
The work has evolved considerably since those early years, but its foundation remains the same: deep listening, individually curated sessions, respect for the client’s own inner intelligence, and a commitment to discovering what is holding an old pattern in place.

One-to-One Hypnotherapy
Individually curated online sessions for clients in Regina and throughout Saskatchewan, for patterns, emotional experiences, and areas of life that have not shifted through conscious effort alone.
Depending on what you need, our work may draw from hypnosis, regression, ideomotor processes, inner-child work, superconscious-led methods, coaching, and other integrative approaches.

This offers sustained, personally curated support over several months, allowing us to address the deeper pattern while helping you integrate change into your actual life.

Hypnosis Training and Practitioner Mentoring
I began certifying hypnosis practitioners through in-person training in Regina in 2014. In 2020, I moved the training online, making it available to students throughout Canada and beyond.
Today, I offer foundational certification, advanced learning, and practitioner mentoring for people who want to practice hypnosis with skill, confidence, and integrity.
Former students are also welcome to return for continued education and newer training opportunities.

Deep work does not depend on being in the same room.
I began offering online sessions in 2020. After experiencing the depth of the work and the quality of the outcomes, I chose to continue working this way.
Before moving online, I had already completed more than 7,500 sessions in person. That experience gave me a meaningful basis for comparison. I found that clients could enter the work deeply from their own homes, often with fewer distractions and a greater sense of privacy and comfort.
With headphones, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to sit or lie down, the experience can be focused and immersive. I provide clear instructions before we begin, so you do not need to understand online hypnosis or prepare everything on your own.

Hypnosis is not something I perform on you. It is a collaborative process that allows us to work with the parts of your mind that may understand the issue differently than your conscious thinking does.
My role is not to impose an interpretation or tell you what your experience means. It is to help you access your own insight, identify what may be holding the existing pattern in place, and create the conditions for meaningful change.
After more than 15 years in this field, I do not approach every person with the same script or predetermined process. Your sessions are shaped around you, your history, your way of processing, and what emerges through the work.

New to my work?
You do not need to know which method, session, or program you need before reaching out. However, because my work is highly individualized, it is important for me to understand what you are seeking before we schedule a consultation.
The application gives you a private place to tell me what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you would most like to change. I personally review each application to determine whether my experience and approach appear to be a good fit for what you need.
This protects both of our time. You are not asked to schedule a call only to discover that I am not the right practitioner for your situation, and I can arrive at the consultation already understanding why you reached out.
If I believe I may be able to support you, I will invite you to a complimentary consultation. We will talk about your situation, answer your questions, and explore what working together could look like. There is no pressure or obligation to proceed.
Because I only accept clients I believe I can genuinely help, completing an application does not automatically guarantee a consultation or a place in my practice.

Are you still located in Regina?
I am now based in Calgary and work online with clients in Regina and throughout Saskatchewan.
Are Heather Keys and Heather Rodriguez the same person?
Yes. I practiced in Regina under my married name, Heather Rodriguez, and was also widely known as Hypno Heather. As my life and work entered a new chapter, I changed my name to Heather Keys.
Can former clients work with you again?
Yes. Former clients are welcome to reconnect, whether you want to continue earlier work or receive support with something new. You can begin by booking a complimentary 15-minute reconnection call.
What if I am new to your work?
If we have not worked together before, begin with the confidential consultation application. This allows me to understand what you need and determine whether my experience and approach may be a good fit before taking up either of our time with a call.
Does hypnosis work online?
Yes. After completing more than 7,500 sessions in person, I moved my work online in 2020 and found that, in many ways, the experience can be even better. Clients are able to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own space, use headphones, and become deeply immersed in the process without the distractions of an unfamiliar office. You will need a quiet, private place, headphones, and a dependable internet connection. I will guide you through everything else.
Do you still teach hypnosis?
Yes. I offer hypnosis certification, advanced education, and practitioner mentoring online. Former students are also welcome to return for newer material and continued professional development.
Do I need to know what kind of session to book?
No. Your application allows you to explain what is happening and what you would like to change. If I believe I can help, we can discuss the most appropriate approach during your complimentary consultation.
